Our microfine, luxuries holographic & multichrome pigments made for eyes, lips, or cheeks. Pigment can be used dry over an eyeshadow primer or wet by mixing it with a mixing medium.  Multichrome pigments change up to 4 different colors depending on which direction light hits. Net Wt 1.5 g
